HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Within minutes of submitting your order, our warehouse is already picking and packing your items. Unfortunately, after we start fulfilling it, we are unable to make any edits or cancel your order.
- If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us to cancel the order and refund your payment.
- If your order has already shipped, unfortunately we are unable to cancel it; however, you can return the unopened product for a full refund or exchange it for something else. Please note that the refund does not include the cost of shipping. For more information on returning an order, please visit our Returns section.
- If you need to edit or make changes to your order after it has been submitted, please contact us. Depending on the situation, we may be able to make the needed changes without canceling the order.

Can I use several discount codes in one order?

If there's a problem, can I have a refund or can you resend me me another one?
